Scope of this policy

This policy describes the public website of Cypress Island Marina Condominium Association, Inc. (the “Association,” “we,” or “us”) and inquiries initiated through its contact links. It explains the information involved, the purposes for which it is used, and how to contact us about it.

The owner portal and other linked services operate on separate platforms. Information you submit there is also subject to the notices and terms shown by those services. This policy does not replace those notices or the Association’s obligations concerning its official records.

Information involved

You may browse the public pages without creating an account. If you email or call us, or request a portal account, we receive the contact details and message you choose to provide. An account request may include your name, email address, telephone number, and information needed to verify your eligibility for access.

When a page, image, video, font, or map loads, the hosting and content providers receive technical request information. Depending on the service, this may include an IP address, browser and device information, the requested resource, referral information, and the time of the request. Such information can be recorded in service logs.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email or a website inquiry.

How information is used

The website is hosted through HighLevel/LeadConnector and uses its media delivery services. These providers process information needed to supply and operate their services. The site uses Google Fonts and includes a Google Maps embed. Loading these resources connects your browser to their providers. Links to Zoom, Facebook, AquaVue, and the owner portal take you to separate services. Their information practices and account settings apply when you use them.

Cookies and browser storage

The site’s Bigger text and Pause motion controls store your choices in your browser’s local storage so they can be remembered on later visits. Local storage is different from a cookie but also keeps information on your device. These display settings do not require an owner account.

The hosting platform and external services may use cookies or other storage for their own functionality and security. You can review, block, or remove cookies and site data in your browser settings. Retention and security

Website service logs, correspondence, and portal account information are different types of records and do not necessarily have the same retention period. No website, email system, or storage service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your portal password confidential, sign out on shared devices, and contact us if you suspect someone has gained unauthorized access to your account. Do not include your password when reporting a problem.
