The Slips
Cypress Island Marina consists of 40, 50, 60 and 70 foot Privatly Owned sips Each slip is supported with concrect docks and seawall and oversized secure wood pilings. Each slip has 30 or 50 AMP power, cable, pump out station and lighting . You may park your vechicle directly in front of yor boat.
Cypress Island Marina now offers the Slip Owner to add a Boat Lift to his or her slip. Any and all Boat Lifts will need to be pre-approved by the Board of Directors before instalation.

**Any vessel docking at Cypress Island Marina must show current proof of Insurance and registration. All vessels must name the Marina additioanly insured, You may scan and email your documentation in advance to dockmaster at rob@cypressislandmarina.com
